Online Return Policies
Online returns must be processed within 30 days of the receipt. All items being returned must be placed into a box and returned back to Gradeaye Graphics. If there is failure to comply a refund will not be issued.
If I need to return an item do I need to pay postage?
Yes, you are responsible for shipping charges back to our facility.
How do I exchange a product?
Gradeaye Graphics does not offer exchanges without a claim. You must contact Gradeaye Graphics by email to issue a return authorization and place a new order for the correct item.
f I buy an item online can I return it to one of the Gradeaye Graphic stores?
No. At this time Gradeaye Graphics items can only be purchased online
What if I have a damaged item or something different from what I ordered?
If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact Gradeaye Graphics within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will cover return shipping. We will reship the item if available or refund you in full.
Can I buy something in the store and return it online?
Yes, All items in question must be returned to the shipping address posted here for review of claim.
